Once payment is submitted, orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned on custom orders.
Our furniture built to order and the building process begins as soon as payment is made. Please double check the details of your order before purchasing.
All orders are packaged with great care. Damage is rare, but in the event that your order arrives with visible damage to the box, please note this when signing for the shipment. Documenting damage to the box upon arrival will allow us to handle any necessary returns or replacements.
If you can see that the piece itself is damaged, you may reject the shipment. We will coordinate the return replacements as quickly as possible. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for return of damaged items or replacements. Please keep packaging materials if items need to be returned. Photos may be requested for filing a claim.
